Exercise-Based Rehab
At Strength Performance Rehab, we are committed to offering an alternative physiotherapy experience in which we focus on long-term solutions to chronic pain and injury. Our philosophy is to use an exercise based approach in which we minimise time on the table and maximise time spent developing foundational strength, mobility and biomechanics.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength Performance Rehab also provides strength and conditioning services with accompanying online programming. We have extensive experience in developing strength, power, fitness and speed, making us the perfect fit for any field or court based athlete. Furthermore, our specialty in rehab enables us to design tailored protocols that address your pathology whilst also pushing you to higher levels of performance.
Physio-Guided Exercise
Completed your initial physiotherapy of an injury and still not feeling confident to return to the gym? At Strength Performance Rehab, we offer physio guided exercise sessions that tailor your gym program around your pain or injury, whilst focusing on long term resolution.
